Overall
A balanced, feminine physique that reflects a fit, healthy, and athletic appearance without excessive muscularity or conditioning. The overall look should be polished and proportionate, with no single body part overpowering another.
Competitors should present a moderate level of muscle tone with slightly softer conditioning than Bikini. A small amount of body fat is expected, creating a smooth, model-ready appearance with no striations or deep separation.
The upper body should display light development in the shoulders and arms, contributing to symmetry and shape, but without capped delts, hardness, or visible muscle separation.
The lower body should appear toned and athletic, with natural shape through the hips, thighs, and glutes. Quads should show light firmness without separation or striations.
Glutes should be round, full, and firm, presenting a natural contour without visible tie-ins or hamstring separation. perceived fullness should come from shape rather than extreme conditioning or muscular density.
Overall conditioning should remain soft, feminine, and balanced, emphasizing aesthetic appeal, symmetry, and presentation rather than muscular size or extreme leanness.
Prejudging
Competitors will enter the stage individually and do their stage walk, poses and ¼ turn comparisons.

Poses
Front Pose
Competitors will face the judges in a relaxed front stance, with one hand placed on the hip and the opposite arm naturally extended downward. One leg may be placed slightly forward to enhance balance and overall shape. The pose should highlight symmetry, posture, and a soft, feminine presentation without flexing or visible muscle contraction.
Quarter Turn
Competitors will rotate slightly to present a subtle side angle to the judges. One hand may remain on the hip while the opposite arm hangs relaxed at the side. The leg closest to the judges may be softly bent at the knee. This pose should resemble a fluid, model-style turn rather than a rigid or flexed side pose.
Back Pose
Competitors will face the rear, maintaining a natural arch through the lower back with glutes gently engaged to show shape and firmness. The stance should emphasize overall balance between the glutes and legs, without visible hamstring separation or excessive muscular definition.
Quarter Turn
Competitors will rotate slightly to the opposite side, again presenting a soft, angled stance toward the judges. One hand may be placed on the hip while the other arm remains relaxed. The leg nearest the judges may be softly bent to maintain symmetry and flow.
Night Show
Competitors will enter the stage individually and do their stage walk and poses. Then they will exit the stage.
Pose Down
